Graphic design is an outlet for me to express my creativity. I take inspiration from the people and things around me and channel that to make my art special. No matter if I am design for a class, client or for myself, I want to make sure my work is unique and fulfilling its role. My favorite type of designing is product design and that is what I plan to go into after graduation!
Branding
Branding is important because it tells the viewer what they are looking at, and allows the client to influnce the viewers persepction. When I am doing branding I make sure the design reflects what the client is looking for.
Packaging
Packaging is my favorite part of designing. I love creating digitally for the production process. I understand the importance of seeing branding on every side of the package, and make packaging as effective as possible
Advertising
Advertising is important because it is how you get the viewers attention. I love to make advertisements that are fun and appeal to the target audience.
Marketing
It is important as a designer to understand marketing principals, as it allows the work to make it to the right audience. As well as make it easier to work together on a team of marketers.
